Terms of Use

Ready to chat with characters who never run out of ideas? These Terms of Use set out the ground rules for using Zovari AI Chat with Characters, provided by Zovari AI Chat with Characters ("we", "us"). A friendly reminder before you dive in: every character here is AI, an imaginative companion made of code, not a real person. These Terms are effective as of 2026-10-28.

Opening the Door Means Agreeing

By downloading, opening or using Zovari, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your Ticket In: The Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Zovari on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code or models behind the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

Playing Nicely

Explore freely, but keep it fair. You agree not to use Zovari to: break any law; harass, threaten or harm others; create or share content that exploits minors; generate material intended to deceive people into thinking an AI character is a real human; infringe someone else's rights; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use automated tools to scrape or mass-query the service. We may limit or end access for anyone who misuses the app.

Characters Are AI, and Sometimes Wrong

Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or simply fictional. Characters do not have real opinions, credentials or feelings. Do not rely on them for professional, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. You are responsible for how you use what they say.

Subscriptions Through the App Store

Paid features are sold as in-app purchases or subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Billing is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Who Owns What

The Zovari app, including its design, characters, artwork, text, software and branding, belongs to Zovari AI Chat with Characters or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The messages you write are yours. You give us permission to process them as needed to generate responses and run the service. Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use the AI responses generated for you for your own personal purposes, but please remember that similar outputs may be produced for other users and we make no promise that any output is unique or free of third-party rights.

The App, As It Is

Zovari is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any character will respond in a particular way.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zovari AI Chat with Characters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or any AI-generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

New Chapters: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Zovari after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Apple's Role

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as they relate to your use of the app.
